Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Reliable, professional and courteous
  • Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail
  • Professional level writing and communication skills
  • MS Office programs, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to build good working relationships with co-workers and clients

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet clients
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update client files
  • Prepare letters and other correspondence for clients
  • Send and receive mail and emails
  • Assist other administrative staff with work overflow
