Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are looking for a detail oriented team member with a proven ability to deliver work that is on time and accurate. You will be working directly with our staff and clients providing accounting, bookkeeping and tax services. Preferred Experience
-
Minimum 2-4 years as a full time, full charge bookkeeper

Experience working in an accounting firm preferred
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
-
In depth experience using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online

Understanding of tax, bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals
-
Professional level writing and communication skills
-
MS Office programs, including Excel and Word
-
Ability to build good working relationships with co-workers and clients
Job Responsibilities:
-
All bookkeeping functions including but not limited to posting cash receipts and disbursements, reconciling bank and other accounts, review general ledgers, correct posting of transactions, prepare and post adjusting journal entries and prepare financial statements

Prepare payroll, payroll tax deposits, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, property tax returns and other information returns and reports

Assist with individual and business tax preparation
