As California follows COVID-19 shelter-in-place and social distancing recommendations, we are all experiencing changes to the way we live and work. Craig Boone & Associates is taking steps to reduce the spread and impact of the illness. Our primary concern is for the safety and well being of our employees, clients and communities. As of March 23, 2020, our office is closed for appointments. We are still taking phone calls and emails – if we miss you, we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are still here to answer all your concerns and needs.
All business and individual tax returns and tax payments are now due July 15, 2020.
Our goal throughout the crisis will be to maintain business operations and minimize disruption to our clients. We are committed to getting our clients their tax refunds to use at this difficult time. If you think you are due a refund, please get us your tax information as soon as you can and let us know you are expecting a refund. We will do our best to expedite the completion of your tax returns. All clients are encouraged to use our Secure Firm Portal to send us files and exchange documents online. You can access the portal via our website or https://www.securefirmportal.com. You can also drop documents off in the mail slot in our door or you can mail them to PO BOX 26658, Fresno, CA 93729-6658.
During this difficult time, we are committed to serving our clients and staff with care and consideration.
